For manufacturing defects discovered after this period, we provide a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery. We will provide a replacement at no additional cost to you. Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
If an international order is placed without contacting us in advance and is later canceled, a refund will be issued minus payment processing fees (e.g., PayPal/credit card fees) that are non-refundable to us.
Please note that these retail return policies do not apply to wholesale orders. Wholesale terms, including our All Sales Final policy, 7-day inspection period, and 1-year professional warranty, are strictly governed by the terms specified on your individual invoice.
