Refunds & Returns Policy
We offer refunds on the purchase of goods subject to the terms below. Our return period lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since you received your item, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received.
- In its original packaging with all accessories included.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Products that have been customized or personalized are non-refundable unless they are defective. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
Return Process

- Inspection & Approval: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or denied.
- Refund Processing: If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Restocking Fee & Shipping Costs
- A $50 restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns. This will be deducted from your refund.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund (except for a defective item), the cost of return shipping will also be deducted from your refund.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
