Refunds & Returns Policy

We offer refunds on the purchase of goods subject to the terms below. Our return period lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since you received your item, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received.
  • In its original packaging with all accessories included.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Products that have been customized or personalized are non-refundable unless they are defective. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at the address listed on this website. We will provide you with the return shipping details.

  • Inspection & Approval: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or denied.
  • Refund Processing: If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Restocking Fee & Shipping Costs

  • A $50 restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns. This will be deducted from your refund.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund (except for a defective item), the cost of return shipping will also be deducted from your refund.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item.

Defective or Damaged Items (1-Year Warranty)

If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. For manufacturing defects discovered after this period, we provide a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery. We will provide a replacement at no additional cost to you. Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

International Orders 

If an international order is placed without contacting us in advance and is later canceled, a refund will be issued minus payment processing fees (e.g., PayPal/credit card fees) that are non-refundable to us.

Wholesale Orders

Please note that these retail return policies do not apply to wholesale orders. Wholesale terms, including our All Sales Final policy, 7-day inspection period, and 1-year professional warranty, are strictly governed by the terms specified on your individual invoice.
